50 dead, 1500 sick in Tommatito

A new desease, identified now as maxima interfectorem mortem virum by doctors, is rampaging across Tommatito.

Doctors, hospitals and specialists have stated that at least 50 have died and 1500 people being treated all around the country. A cure has not been found but is in the process, all support possible is needed. Symptoms include: exterminator coughing, sensitive skin and eyes, itching, welts and numbness in limbs. If you identify any of these symptoms in anyone or yourself you must go or take them to the hospital right away.

We have a statement from prime councilmen, Thomas Nelson:

“This is a war, the worst war, for our enimies are invisible. Everyone must procede with their lives with extreme caution, anyone could be at risk of this deadly disease. Our only hope is our competent doctors and the aid from our allies and those who want to help us in our time of great need.”

Tommatito’s boarders are closed except for few exceptions to prevent the disease from spreading. We recomend that other nations test for the disease because it may have spread.

To whom it may concern:

The Centre for Public Health is assisting in the development of a cure for the virus ravaging Tommatito, classified in Benolia as Interfectorem-A Virus.

The CPH has conducted preliminary research on those infected, and has concluded the following:

"Preliminary Field Report on Interfectorem Type A Epidemic in Tommatito

Symptoms reported: Coughing, sore throat, runny nose, sneezing, headache, fever, itching, welts, numbness and tingling.

Most of the deaths reported, according to our information, occurred in the very young, the elderly and those with pre-existing conditions, such as respiratory illnesses. Their immune response was weak, and their bodies were unable to fight off the infection. There were cases, albeit very few, of otherwise healthy older children and young adults dying from complications arising from the Interfectorum virus. More mucus production, coughing, et cetera, triggered a bacterial infection [pneumonia] on top of the viral symptoms. With pneumonia and a weakened immune response, the infection will spread to their bloodstream and cause an overwhelming, multi-system infection.

Most of the symptoms now associated with Interfectorem are common among flu patients. The numbness and tingling is most likely to be due to a mild peripheral neuropathy set in by the viral infection. Viral infections and the body's immune reaction can set in some inflammation, which can put some amount of pressure on the nerves of upper limbs.

We would advise all persons in affected areas to maintain proper hygienic routines and refrain from contact with any persons displaying the symptoms reported. Travel is also not advised, and we commend the Tommatito Government for their swift action in closing their border to contain the infection.

As we learn more about this virus, updates will follow."

To The Centre for Public Health,

Thank you very much for your much needed information. We have confirmed your research with our own investigations.

We have found new observations:
Victims with the worst condition die in 24 hours to 10 days, best condition die in 3 weeks at least and have even recovered. Recovered victims have permanent motor issues and speech imparement. Death seems to be caused from heart attacks, strokes or some undetermined cause. It seems to be spread through bodily fluids and air travel (coughing, sneezing, etc).

Research will be continued and boarders are closed with rare exceptions such as researchers or others.

Signed,
gregory Thompson
Head of National Health

OFFICIAL STATEMENT
GOVERNMENT OF THE IMPERIAL GOYANEAN FEDERATION

To whom it may concern:

The Imperial Government has been made aware of the tragic epidemic of the Interfectorem-A virus in Tommatito, and we offer our thoughts and prayers to those affected. Once permission is granted, we plan to send medical teams to assist in the race to find a cure/treatment. Moreover, we will be forwarding all found information to our associates in the Eras Health Council, and fully plan on encouraging fellow member support in tackling this epidemic. We strongly advise all Goyaneans currently in Tommatito to visit a doctor, and make plans to leave. Follow more intensive hygienic measures between the time after the physical and your departure. Upon arrival in Goyanes, it is reccomended to head to a doctor as early as possible, and refrain from contact with others unless neccessary.

The Goyanean embassy in Burshimur, Tommatito will remain open in a limited capacity, offering services to the Goyaneans who remain in Tommatito. All consulates however, will be closed effective Friday, May 25, 2018, until further notice. The border is now restricted to all those who are from Tommatito, and unless you has received prior clearance, Totmmatitan passports will be rejected at the air, land, and sea borders until further notice.

On the home front however, we need to take all the steps we can to ensure that the Goyanean realm stays safe and isolated from this viral outbreak. We strongly encourage all those who have visited Tommatito, or came in contact with someone who has visited in the last 90 days to subject to a physical examination by a medical professional.

We encourage the public not to fear, but instead take the normal hygienic routines one would always take, such as washing hands before meals, after using the restroom, sneezing into tissues, covering your cough, using hand sanitizer, etc.. If you do notice flu symptoms though, please head to a doctor's office for a diagnosis and directions on how to proceed.

The Centre for Public Health has concluded a second field report on the situation in Tommatito.

"Field Report for 22 May

Interfectorumvirus A
Mild, responds well to traditional treatment.
Symptoms: Coughing, sore throat, runny nose, sneezing, headache, fever, itching, welts, numbness and tingling.

Interfectorumvirus B
Severe, contact emergency services immediately if you or someone you know has any of the following symptoms.
Symptoms: Numbness and tingling, dizziness, palpitations, loss of consciousness, paralysis, seizures.

This report will be brief, as much of our research is still in its early stages.

When our researchers received preliminary reports on the virus from Tommatito officials, all signs pointed to a mutated strain of the Influenza virus. This morning, we have received updates from our teams in the field and from the Government of Tommatito that ruled this possibility out.

Genetic analysis has revealed two strains of the Interfectorum virus. The first strain we are calling Interfectorum Type A. This strain is responsible for the milder symptoms listed in our preliminary field report. Early testing shows that Interfectorum A patients are responding well to traditional treatments for viral infections. More disturbing is the second strain, Interfectorum Type B, which causes cognitive and motor skill impairments, paralysis, and death. This virus rapidly deteriorates the central nervous system, leading to organ failure far before their immune system is able to fight off the disease. The virus specifically targets nerve cells, and the brain is especially vulnerable. As the immune system attempts to fight off the infection, inflammation in the skulls compresses and ruptures blood vessels, leading to strokes and other complications. Because the virus relies on its speed to outrun the immune system, we may be able to stop it from causing irreversible damage if we are able to slow its replication or strengthen patients' immunity.

As we learn more about this virus, we will provide public updates. We will also be in constant contact with the all governments and organisations aiding in finding a cure."

IF A PERSON DISPLAYS SYMPTOMS OF VIRAL INFECTION, IT IS ADVISED THAT YOU REFRAIN FROM CONTACT WITH THAT PERSON. CONTACT EMERGENCY SERVICES IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT ENGAGE IN ANY ACTIVITY THAT COULD RESULT IN THE TRANSFER OF BODILY FLUIDS WITH A SICK PERSON. MAINTAINING PROPER HYGIENE IS ESSENTIAL.

INTERFECT DEATH ON FIGHT TO ACARTHIA

ONE DEAD AND AT LEAST ONE INFECTED WITH INTERFECT
VIRUS ON RETURN FLIGHT TO DARTOS, SOUTH ACARTHIA

BY MARIA DAMANAKI

JxMvaUF.jpg

Interfectorum B, known colloquially as Interfect, is a highly lethal virus that has ravaged the Metteran nation of Tommatito in the last few weeks. Interfect has killed hundreds since its discovery several weeks ago, and scientists are scrambling to develop a cure. The virus actually has a second, less severe strain, Type A, that has similar properties to the Influenza virus. Type A patients have responded well to treatment, giving hope to researchers that a cure for Type B could be possible in the near future.

Interfect B, which is known to cause severe nerve damage, was thought by officials to be contained within Tommatito. However, a CPH worker returning home after completing a Mobile Medical Camp in the nation's capital, Bisthmeth, complained of a severe headache and fever on his return flight. When the plain landed at Baker Airport in Dartos, Acarthia, the man, who has yet to be identified by officials, was found dead. He, along with at least one crew member, tested positive for the Interfect virus. All occupants of the plain were screened by CPH officials to ensure the contagion had not spread, and are being quarantined overnight. The infected crew member, a 26 year old flight attendant, is in critical condition at Dartos Regional Hospital. Hospital officials say they are unlikely to make a full recovery.

The Centre for Public Health told Gazette reporters that the man likely contracted the virus through a tear in his HAZMAT suit. CPH chairman Georgios Anagnos said in a statement that the agency is reviewing their safety protocols to ensure that an incident like this is not repeated. Public health authorities have been on high alert for weeks, but are calling the Dartos death an 'isolated incident', and note that Interfect is unlikely to spread to the Isles.

Heilbrigðisráðuneytið/Ministry of Health

To all whom it may concern. The outbreak of the Interfectorem-A Virus in Tommatito is a tragic occurrence. We will be coordinating with our fellow members within the Eras Health Council to establish a coordinated response and effort to discover a cure.
We will be screening all individuals who enter the Prydanian Realm who have visited Tommatito within the last few weeks. Those who are tested positive for the Interfectorem-A Virus will be detained and treated in quarantine.
All holders of Tommatito passports are to be denied entry at all crossings until such time as this crisis has passed.

We advise everyone within the Realm to seek out a doctor as quickly as possible if they notice the following symptoms...

Coughing, sore throat, runny nose, sneezing, headache, fever, itching, welts, numbness and tingling.

We will work to protect the Prydanian Realm, but we must be ready for the possibility that the disease may have crossed our borders already.
We ask for the populace to remain calm in this time of uncertainty and to trust the medical health professionals and government agencies tasked with the populace's well being.

Norsian Commonwealth
Ministerium für Wohlbefinden und Sicherheit/Ministry of wellbeing and safety

To any and all it may and or will concern. the recent outbreak in Tommatito of a newly discovered virus is a tragedy, and we wish the people of Tommatito well. we will be sending what very limited resources we can to aid our fellows in the EHC in an attempt to develop the cure.

Due to Norsia's currently dangerously vulnerable conditions with large amounts of our populations being in humanitarian shelter camps and F.M.A.F (Field Medical Aid facilities) we cannot even begin to risk this virus infecting the citizens of Norsia, lest it decimate another chunk of our populace and slide back our progress.

As a result. All individuals who have visited Tommatito within the past month will be medically screened. those found to be infected will be quarantined and treated.
All holders of Tommatito passports will be denied entry at all crossings. any and all entrants into Norsia from Tommatito and other nations with confirmed infection, even citizens of the Fatherlands must stop and submit to these checks, with NO exceptions.

Given the nature of this crisis and our duty to protect our fragile Fatherlands we must combat the fact the disease may already very well be within our borders.
we ask any visitors and citizens of the Fatherlands to remain calm, to trust the Ministries, our medical and science professionals tasked with the states general wellbeing.

If you believe you or someone else may be infected with the Interfectorem-A Virus contact the NCHS Immediately 557-212-9103. have your Identification information ready, report your location, who you/they are with and what symptoms you/they are experiencing, and standby for NCHS response personnel.

The symptoms of the Interfectorem-A Virus include: Coughing, sore throat, runny nose, sneezing, headache, fever, itching, welts, numbness and tingling.

Bulletin from the Department of Health:
HIS MAJESTY'S GOVERNMENT
DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH

It has come to the attention of the Imperial Government that an outbreak of Interfectorem-A as well as its more severe variant Interfectorem-B has arisen in Tomattito. On behalf of all Syrixians, we send our thoughts and prayers to those tragically affected. The Empire will be earnestly assisting in the growing Eras Health Council effort to study and contain this epidemic. We strongly advise all Imperial and Commonwealth citizens currently in Tommatito to be evaluated for the infection by a doctor, and to leave immediately afterwards, as well as to see a doctor again upon arrival in the Empire or, for citizens of other Commonwealth nations, your own home nation.

According to the ongoing studies by the international community spearheaded by the Benolian Center for Public Health, the symptoms of Interfectorem-A are as follows: coughing, sore throat, runny nose, sneezing, headache, fever, itching, welts, numbness and tingling. This infection is easily treatable, however Interfectorem-B is more severe and less treatable. Symptoms include numbness and tingling, dizziness, palpitations, loss of consciousness, paralysis, and seizures. Should you or anyone you know contract this strain of the disease, contact emergency services immediately.

The Imperial embassy in Bisthmeth, Tommatito will remain open in a limited capacity, offering services to any Imperial citizens who remain in Tommatito. All consulates in Tomattito, however, will be closed effective Friday, May 25, 2018, until further notice. The Department of State Security has also been instructed to deny any passports from Tommatito, unless their holders have clearance. It is important to remember that contact should not, under any circumstances, be made with any infected persons except if you are a trained medical professional performing an evaluation or administering treatment. Maintain proper hygiene at all times and do not, especially, allow for any transfer of bodily fluids between you and any infected persons.

Cebtre for Public Health
Bulletin for 23 May

Using dead antigens of the Interfectorum A virus, researchers from the Eras Health Council have developed an early vacinne for the virus, and are now ready to begin distributing the vacinne to the population to contain its spread. It is unkown at this time how effective the vaccinne will be. Any person exibitong flu-like symptoms should rest and drink fluid to let the body fight the infection on its own. Over-the-counter anti-inflammatory pain relievers may help with symptoms.

As the vacinne is being distributed, it is advised that all residents within Tommatitio recieve the shot, and all Benolian citizens are required to have recieved the shot by the end of next month.

Given the relitively quick development of a vacinne for Type A Interfectorum, researchers are hopeful that a similar vacinne may be created for Type B. While such a vacinne will not be able to treat patients already afflicted with the disease, it will slow the spread lf the virus and has the potential to save thpusands of lifes.

It is inportant to note that it is now believed that both Interfectorum viral strains can be transmitted through the air and through bodily fluids. Refrain from contact with any sick person unless you are a medical professional preforming treatment.

It is advised that all Tommatito residents wear facemasks while in public to help prevent infection. Your local Mobile Medical Camp or Field Medical Aid Facilities will provide you with masks if none are available to you.

Bulletin from the Department of Health:
HIS MAJESTY'S GOVERNMENT
DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH

It has come to the attention of the Department of Health that the Eras Health Council's research efforts, spearheaded by the Benolian Center for Public Health, have discovered a vaccine for the "A" strain of the Interfectorem virus. Benolia's Center for Public Health has stated that, at this time, it is not known how effective the vaccine will be, and that any person exhibiting the symptoms of Interfectorem-A should rest and drink fluid to let the body fight the infection on its own.

All Imperial citizens in Tomattito are required to receive the shot within the next month. We strongly urge that all Imperial and Commonwealth citizens, especially those who may have recently returned from Tomattito, receive the shot as soon as possible.

National Health Annoucement

Thanks to the assistance from many friendly nations such as Benolia, Syrixia, Goyanes, Prydania, and the Thederic Nors, we have saved hundreds of lives and a vaccine in development. The vaccines have been distributed with positive affects. The vaccines have been fairly affective to the ‘A’ type but only a little affective to the ‘B’ type. More read each will follow with updates. Th fatality count has gone up to 4,000 victims since 2 months ago when the virus surfaced.

All Tommatitoan borders are closed with extremely rare exceptions.

Be safe.

To the Tommatito Government,

As considering us Draconicsians unaffected by this disease currently and we are reserved to ourselves, we would like to assist in keeping control of possible escapes from your nation if any occur, to help prevent the spread of the disease across the oceans unless the Eras Health Council says otherwise. We also desire to assist in researching the cure for the Interfectorem Virus, for both types. The Constitutional Monarchy is ready to assist at a moments notice and to assist in sending supplies and relief to your nation. Our technological advancements and education in medical areas are high and strong, as well as our ability to focus research in our schools to this cure.
May you have Peace For All, Notboss Dragonking, King of Draconics

Dear Not boss Dragonking

Thank you very much for yourvsupport. We need as much help as possible in these trying times. If you could send representitives to our capital bisthmeth to aid in research and testing. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated, thousands of people's lives could be saved.

Sincerely,
Thomas Nelson
Prime councilmen of Tommatito

23 May CE 2018

As the disease continues to run rampant, the government of Cimmeria begin to make a reponse due mainly to how close Cimmeria is to Tommatito, as well as the severity of the virus.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM HIS IMPERIAL MAJESTY’S GOVERNMENT

It has come to our attention that a virus known as “Maxima interfectorem” is spreading across the neighbouring country of Tommatito. Based on the reports from Tommatitian and Benolian health officials, this virus and its symptoms seem to be concurrent to influenza, but is extremely fatal and life threatening.

Recognizing this, we would like to offer our support to those who are fighting against this virus, and will work closely with our colleagues in the Eras Health Council to deal with this epidemic. In addition, we will send doctors and researchers from the Imperial Centre for Disease Prevention & Control to Tommatito to study and collect data to further the research, so that we may help develop a vaccine for this virus.

As we share a border with Tommatito, we must assume the possibility that the virus has already infiltrated Cimmeria, and could be spreading as we speak, which means special measures must be taken in order to ensure that the virus does spread any further. For the time being, we advise anyone who has visited Tommatito with the past few days to get checked out by a physician for any symptoms of the virus. Anyone who is currently in Tommatito should also get by a doctor and leave as soon as possible. Exams are recommended upon returning to Cimmerian. If you or anyone you may know show signs of any of the following symptoms listed, please visit a doctor or dial 999 for a check up as soon as possible. For more severe symptoms, please dial 999 immediately for emergency services.

Symptoms:

Coughing
Sore throat
Runny nose
Sneezing
Headache
Fever
Itching
Welts
Numbness and tingling
Dizziness
Palpitations
Loss of consciousness
Paralysis
Seizures

All travel to Tommatito will be strictly forbidden, and Tommatitian passports will be rejected until further notice. Any attempts to cross Cimmeria illegally will be dealt with appropriately, and His Imperial Majesty’s Government will handle all crossings from Tommatito to Cimmeria and vice versa. We ask that everyone at this time to remain clam and trust that the medical officials here and in Tommatito are caring for the well-being of the populace.

From the Government of the Republic of Cojedes to the Government of Tommatito, 23 May 2018.

Greetings from the Republic of Cojedes,

On behalf of the government, we extend our condolences at the loss of life and that this disease even exists. The Cojedan government has dealt with rampant disease before and we know the pain and suffering that is caused by these kind of diseases. We extend our heartfelt prayers and sympathies to the government, to the victims, and to the families of the deceased and pray that this disease will come to an end.

The Cojedan Department of Disease Prevention and Control and the Cojedan Department of Medical Research both wish to send a medical team to Tommatito to provide aid and relief, along with medical research alongside other countries, to hopefully bring about a cure for this disease or to at least stop the effects of the disease from spreading. The Cojedan Blue Star Humanitarian Organization would also like to send fluids, food, and tents to people who need to be moved to specific areas for disease control.

The Cojedan Embassy will remain open to continue the duties of the representatives of Cojedes in Tommatito and will provide medical aid to Cojedans and others who live in the country who wish to receive medical attention from doctors at the embassy. Consulates in Tommatito will be closed temporarily.

Any Cojedan Citizens or Residents who have been to Tommatito are to report immediately to a Cojedan hospital or university hospital to potentially contain the spread of the disease. Travel to and from Tommatito will be banned unless traveling to and from the Cojedan Embassy or with special permission.

With thoughts, prayers, and best wishes,
Miranda Venegas, Secretary of Health
Axel Cotilla, Secretary of Human Services

Official Statement from The Sveikatos Zdrowia Mi?dzymorze (Miedzymorse Heath Services)

We thank the Government of Tommatito for bringing to our attention the spreading of the disease, maxima interfectorem mortem virum. We are working hard at this moment to try and prevent the spread of this devastating disease.

However, we bring sad news to Eras in this message. 50 people have been found infected with the disease and 5 people have tragically died from the disease. We expect this number to quickly escalate in the coming days.

All citizens who have visited Tommatito within the past 30 days are asked to visit the nearest hospital to check for signs of disease.

We wish to stop this disease from spreading and bringing death to more innocent people within Eras. We will be working closely with the nation of Tommatito to try and eradicate the disease. Special doctors and researchers are being sent to the nation to try and find a cure for the disease.

Public Announcement from Tommatito's prime councilmen and head of national health

Prime councilmen:
"I would like to personally like to thank all the support from all the nations aiding us. Together we have saved hundreds maybe even thousands of lives. We will aways have a spot in our hearts for those who helped us in our directory time and for our innocent victims of this horrible virus. Once this is all over it hope to have even stronger relations with our international community and pay a little back of our eternal debt we now have. We mourn for the victims in Miedzymorze, we wish we could aid you bit would probably spread it more, we encourage others to help them and once our crisis is over we will help in anyway we can. Now you will hear from Gregory Thompson our head of national health"

Thomas Nelson leaves the stand and a man on a face mask takes his place.

Gregory Thompson:
"I will try to be as brief as possible in this complicated matter but there is much to cover. All people with symptoms must visit a doctor immediately! Also all citizens are encouraged to wear face masks because the virus can be spread through the air. We are now investigating the cause of the virus as it might lead us to a cure, for now we have a vaccine that will help you greatly with type 'A' but only a little for type 'B'. We ask for the vaccine be sent to all other nations, especially Miedzymorze. Also there is a rumor that bleach cures the virus, it absolutely does not! Do not drink bleach! Ever! That is all. Thank you."

To the Government of Tommatito

We are glad to help in this time of need and our strongest ships will produce a sea border with your country about 12 miles out from land, we will also have constant vision of the sea and focus on keeping possible escapes so as not to hurt the rest of Eras, or at least slow down the infection severely. This will also give the advantage of testing the waters to see if the virus has entered the waters and whether it can travel by water easily. We apologize if at this time we are still making preparations for our representatives' arrival. It may seem too much if our representatives are guarded very well and they come in hazmat suits, but Draconics refuses to allow any diseases to hurt our country, as well as guaranteeing the safety of at least one country in Eras if all chaos ensues.

This cure must be continued in research at a nonstop pace. We will inform you when our representatives are ready for departure. Our Nation has closed of all travel completely and not one soul will leave Draconics. We have taken a census and there are no Citizens of yours that are in our country. Our schools and students have focused on teaching others about the virus and learning how to stop it.

We wish you Peace For All,
Notboss Dragonking, King of Draconics

Dear Notboss Dragonking,

We thank you very much for your help. We are all working extremely hard to create a cure and to stop this virus. We will wait for your representitive but urge you to make hast. The more time that passes the more death and suffering innocent people have to face.

With gratitude,
Thomas Nelson

The National Health Society, in partnership with the Centre for Public Health and the Eras Health Council, has compiled the following fact sheet on the Interfectorum-B Virus.

Approximately 6,000 people have died of the Interfectorum B virus in the last few months, and several nations and organisations have partnered to develop a cure. While a cure is our ultimate goal, research is at this stage focusing on developing a vaccine to prevent the virus from spreading to new hosts. One discovery in particular is giving hope to researchers that a vaccine is on the horizon.

Experts believe that, hundreds of years ago, Interfectorum virus caused a major pandemic in the Tommatian region. Survivors of the epidemic developed immunity to the virus, and it retreated into a dormant state. A small portion of the population, about 3%, still carries this immunity, which scientists may be able to exploit to form a vaccine.

Interfectorum B

Overview

Interfectorum Type B is a mildly contagious, highly lethal virus that targets the body's central nervous system. Once the virus has spread to the cranial cavity, infected persons will develop a condition called encephalitis. Encephalitis occurs when the body's immune system triggers an inflammation reaction, putting pressure on delicate nerves in the brain. People may have a fever, headache, or seizures, and they may feel sleepy, numb, or confused.

Signs and Symptoms

Within 24 hours day of contracting Interfectorum, a fever will develop and the infected person will begin experiencing confusion, headaches, fatigue, numbness and tingling in their hands, feet, and mouth, dizziness and rapid heart. Within 48-72 hours, the infected may experience periodic episodes of vomiting, loss of consciousness, and seizures. By day four, most patients will have fallen into a coma. Death will usually occur within 5 to 7 days after becoming sick. Currently, approximately 10% of people infected with Interfect B will survive. If the infection is caught early, doctors may be able to administer immune-boosting medication to help fight the infection. Surviving patients will likely never fully regain motor and cognitive skills.

How it Spreads

Most experts believe that Interfect viruses spread mainly by tiny droplets made when people with flu cough, sneeze or talk. These droplets can land in the mouths or noses of people who are nearby. Less often, a person might also get flu by touching a surface or object that has Interfect virus on it and then touching their own mouth, nose, or possibly their eyes.

Treatment Options

While a cure is still in development, there are some treatment options available. Corticosteroids may be administered to reduce the effect of encephalitis, and immune-boosting drugs help the body fight off the infection on its own. Rate of survival is around 3%, but increases to 10% if treatment starts early.

From the Department of Health and Safety in The D.D.M

We in The D.D.M are extremely heartbroken to hear of the tragedy that has befallen the nation of Tommatito, along with the many other nations that have been affected.

Due to our proximity to the infected nation, Tommatito, we currently have no reports of the disease "maxima interfectorem mortem virum" in The D.D.M, however, we will continue to monitor the situation.

In the meantime, the Government is issuing a travel ban for Midranean citizens. Until the disease in contained, Midranean citizens are barred from traveling to infected nations, and any person(s) coming from an infected nation will be barred from entering Midranean territory.

If a person(s) is found to be trying to sneak into the D.D.M from an infected nation, they will be ordered to turn back and if they refuse to turn back they will be tranquilized and a team of medical professionals wearing the proper protective equipment will detain the individual and deport them back to their country of origin.

Any flight to the D.D.M will be routed to airports on the islands of Sinala, Highde, or Kanoeana to land. The people on said flight will not be allowed to leave the plane until certified medical professionals arrive. Once the medical personnel arrive, the people on the flight will be inspected for the disease. If the people on the flight pass the inspection, they will be allowed to fly into the Midranean mainland. If, however, the people do not pass they will be forced to leave Midir and head back to the nation they flew in from.

If there is not enough space in any of the designated airports for a flight to land, the flight will be forced to turn back.

If however a person(s) from an infected nation tries to sneak into unauthorized Midranean territory in an aircraft and refuses to turn back, the Midranean military will scramble fighter jets to escort the aircraft out of Midranean airspace. If the Midranean military deems it necessary, they will not hesitate to shoot down an aircraft that refuses to follow orders.

Hopefully it does it come to that, but the Midranean Government will do all that is necessary to protect the safety of its citizens.

We hope that Tommatito and other infected nations make a rapid recovery and find a cure to this disease.

In response to recent events, all direct flights to Tommatito have been canceled. Ninhundish citizens are advised to avoid visiting the country at all costs and border customs are now doing background and health checks on all travelers who have visited that region.

Dear Tommatito,

We have some very good news for you. We believe there is a possible cure to the virus by accelerating the immune system of people, however this way can be lethal as it may cause the immune system to overwork itself and attack healthy cells. At it's best possible outcome, we believe it could completely cure the type A and supress the type B. We also have a representative on their way to your country by sea.

They shall arrive very very soon, alon with some of our top scientists who have discovered this breakthrough. We shall continue working on the cure that is much more safer and non-lethal. We still have no reports of the infectorum disease here in our country and are now calling ourselves a "Survive Country". We wish you have Peace For All.

Notboss Dragonking, King of Draconics

Dear Notboss Dragonking,

We will definitely look into your research. A cure mush be found as soon as possible, the victim count rises more and more, we have slowed it with vaccine but it just isn’t enough. We hope your representative arrives swiftly and safely.

With gratitude,
Thomas Nelson, prime councilmen of Tommatito

To whomever receives this message

We in Sahriastan have heard about the tragedy in your nation of Tommatito, at the moment our current healthcare system is swamped with people who are injured with heatstroke, we get over 300,000 new cases a day so unfortunately we cannot donate any doctors or medicine at the moment. We will however be donating 1.5 billion slaves ( around 3.5 billion USD ) to the nation of Tommatito to help in the relief effort. We will also fund a temporary research team equipped with around 1 billion slaves ( around 2.75 billion USD ) to find possible cures for both type Interfectorem-A and its more deadly type B counterpart. We will be able to send in doctors when the summer season is over ( temperatures can go up to well over 65C during the day in many parts of the country. ) hopefully whoever reads this will understand and will benefit greatly from our small contributions.

Sincerely

Message from The Ministry of Health and Public Safety

Dearest Plenipotentiary in Tommatito,

In an effort to both combat this terrible affliction and introduce our nation to Tommatito, we are offering to send a delegation of medical doctors to Tommatito in order to combat the virus, treat the sick, and aid in the cure process. Declannite medicine is in its mostprime state and we are willing to share our resources with you. Please consider our offer!

Cordially

The Government of the Federal Republic of Panama Coalition deeply regrets the loss of life in the nation of Tommatito.

We have established the following measures in the face of the health crisis in your neighboring nation of the North Pacific Region:

1. We recommend that all citizens of the Panama Coalition not travel to Tommatito.

2. To the citizens of the Panama Coalition who are in Tommatito avoid the public agglomerations, and before the reported symptoms of the Interfectorum Type B virus go to the medical centers immediately. Those citizens who wish to do so may be repatriated to the Panama Coalition, where they will be quarantined until after the reported incubation period of the virus has passed.

3. We offer medical and health help to the nation of Tommatito, therefore we can send a specialized team in Epidemiology and Infections Diseases, which would be made up of specialists in this type of diseases.

4. We are currently developing a vaccine through the Ministry of Health of the Panama Coalition, in conjunction with other specialized institutions, such as the Clinical Research Laboratory of Infectious and Tropical Diseases; the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute of Panama; the Georgas Memmorial Laboratory and the Institute of the Coalition of Tropical Medicine (ICMT).

5. After studying the RNA of the Interfectorum Type B virus We offer an antiviral, specially designed, to treat patients affected by the epidemic, while the vaccine is finished and will be ready in a few months. This antiviral can reduce the mortality of the disease, and reduce symptoms in 70% of cases.

Breaking news!

After many years and efforts we finally have the cure!

Earlier this week a possible cure was discovered. After many tests it was determined to be effective to infected humans. This was one of the most trying times in all of Tommatitoan history but thanks to efforts of many friends and allies we can save thousands, maybe millions of lives.
