In this manner, I petition the Speaker for citizenship in The North Pacific.

I would note this is the second application from this user, this applicant passed the Speaker and VD checks within the last week.

They weren't checked by the Vice Delegate from what I can see, but given that seven days have elapsed, they automatically pass the Vice Delegate check and so I grant @Hyperwolf citizenship having passed all three checks.

No admin or VD check was carried out.
The VD was on a LOA from 14th - 17th May - I apologise for missing it.

It appears I either hallucinated or misapplied another check to that user, regardless you are correct that the VD check was not completed.

As a note to any applicants in the future, if your application is pending after a week you do not need to apply a second time, your acceptance will be automatic after that point.
