Thanks! I did see your earlier question about who exactly is supposed to have high command. Will figure out a definitive answer. There have been issues before with delegates and ministers forgetting or not knowing that the hidden masking exists and people who haven't been in TNP for years keeping it as a result.

As promised, the people with the hidden High Command masking should, for now, consist of the Delegate, Minister of Military Affairs, and Deputy Ministers of Military Affairs. I'll endeavor to continue tying the masking to roles rather than individual users going forward to avoid those historical issues with people retaining access long after their departure from the region.

Additionally, @Sil Dorsett, the time is nigh! Please create a new "Northern Guard" managed group overseen by the same crowd as the North Pacific Army one. A two-star badge for the group right underneath the North Pacific Army one would be nice if someone still has the template, but it's absolutely not a necessity. Please give this group access to the North Pacific Army subforum, same as the North Pacific Army group has. Thanks, and please let me know if there are any issues or questions.
