Sutherland/McMasterdonia Negotiations Approval Rating

In order to gauge public opinion on the ongoing negotiations regarding Sutherland's recognition, the Arc-Wonderess has used his power to call for a secondary question in the dominions of Sutherland. This question's result has no legal effect but will be taken into account by those that represent the Sutherlan people.
