The Security Council of the World Assembly,

Noting the unjust takeover, forcible closure of borders, and imposition of martial law upon The Arab League perpetrated by The Anarchist Republic of Anarchestan as outlined in the Security Council resolution Liberate The Arab League (SCR 213),

Distraught at the undiplomatic and barbarous means used by The Anarchist Republic of Anarchestan in holding on to their ill-gotten power, especially in their dealings with well-meaning nations and allies of The Arab League, some examples of which include Hatay and Khorason,

Incensed at The Anarchist Republic of Anarchestan's attempt to destroy The Arab League from the inside, partially by denying the unjustly exiled World Assembly delegate Al-Maghrebi their rightful rank and authority, and also by their aforementioned imposition of martial law and other repressive measures,

Convinced that the actions of The Anarchist Republic of Anarchestan are completely incompatible with justice, democracy, morality/ethics, and the rule of law,

Commending the measures already in place to destroy The Anarchist Republic of Anarchestan's illegitimate rule over The Arab League and return the legitimate, democratic regime to power there,

Hereby condemns The Anarchist Republic of Anarchestan.

The exaggeration of a singular action, having already been resolved, brings this condemnation to a vote rather undeservingly. The nation in question hasn't, over the course of their NS career, done anything close enough to deserving a fulfilled and needed condemnation. While their actions were slightly detrimental to a region, have caused some degree of grief and disrupted the peace of a community, we cannot focus on a single action, but we must broaden our view and look to the nation's entire history. After reviewing this nation, it must be agreed upon that a thorough condemnation is not deserved.

For these reasons, the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs encourages a vote against this resolution.
 
Against

There's really not much need for a condemnation. Anarchestan isn't even that big, and they willingly surrendered to the liberation force. It's all fine.
 
Against. Too small-time for a Condemn, only one action listed instead of a string of actions, capitulated to the Liberation, result of an internal conflict... just not worth a Condemn.
