Description: The Security Council,

OBSERVING that Newtered States has been in multiple regions with the current members of The United States of Conservadom,

APPALLED by the manner in which Newtered States caused the collapse of the region known as The United States of Amoncolia, which once had over forty member nations, and is now home to only two,

ACKNOWLEDGING that Newtered States was invited to The United States of Conservadom by that region's leadership, in the interest of reconciliation,

SHOCKED that Newtered States would then betray their trust by once again attempting to destroy a thriving region through the use of deliberate and deceitful tactics,

DISHEARTENED by the manner in which Newtered States influenced elections in The United States of Amoncolia through willful and blatant voter fraud,

REMEMBERING how the nation of Newtered States was also responsible for the Imperial Democratic Empire ceasing to exist, and participated in a raid of Warzone Europe,

HOPING that a condemnation from the World Assembly would discourage this nation from committing any further malevolent acts against the inhabitants of The United States of Conservadom, or against those of any other region,

To vote one must have a WA nation in TNP or be a member of NPA. I vote for if most of the votes are in for, and against if most of the votes are against. I don't count "present" votes as votes for this. This means that a vote for abstain is a vote against my voting either way.

This resolution, Condemn Newtered States, makes various claims about the target nation.

The resolution firstly claims that Newtered States was responsible for the destruction of the region. However, the Minister of the World Assembly has noted that Newtered States served as the delegate for the region for a mere fifteen days, and their term ended 142 days ago. It has been confirmed that Newtered States is not the founder of the region, and that he 'destroyed' the region by committing election fraud. Election fraud is a serious offense, but in this case the Minister sees nothing more than a 'he says she says' type of proof. Indeed, four clauses of the resolution are devoted to this situation. In the minds of the Minister, this resolution is similar to Condemn Thatcherton, over possible occurences in tiny regions that had no bearing on regions across the world.


Finally, one of the last clauses gives us more information about what this nominee has done. It mentions two things, the destruction of another region, and a raid. The region in question, Imperial Democratic Empire, does not exist anymore, but according to the author the nominee used his puppets to rig the elections. He was eventually found out and kicked out. The Minister wishes there was proof of this allegation, but alas there is none.

The 'raid' in question, was a raid on a Warzone, Warzone Europe to be specific. Nations for themselves need to decide as to whether election rigging in small regions is worthy of condemnation, and/or that raiding a warzone is a condemnable activity. If you believe that these activities are condemnable, you want to vote aye. Should you believe these activities not to be condemnable, you would want to vote nay.
