Well, i guess it depends on how much you want to know about it. The basic structure, not too long to learn, the inner workings, a few months...

Why its a dead organisation would only take about an hour though

I dont care what i read about the ADN being alive. Till i see a number of liberations/defences, i wont believe they are...

Didn't he let all his nations die off?

Maybe if we emailed him he would revive Borogravia Moldavi and move it to Nasicournia and start a restructuring for the fun of it.
